Digital Gujarat Scholarship 2021

Gujarat Scholarship is launched by the state government in the guidance of the concerned departments to give financial support to the students who are pursuing class 1st to the doctorate level of education. 

The NTDNT, SC, ST, OBC, SEBC, Nadiya, Valmiki, Turi, Senva, Tirgar, and other backward communities are covered under the digital Gujarat scholarship scheme.

The scheme aims to increase the literacy ratio in the state by encouraging students to take admission in the schools and colleges. Moreover, this scheme will help in decreasing the burden on the minority communities by eliminating the educational expenses of their children.

Scholarship for M.PHIL and Ph.D. Students(SC) The annual income should be 200000 rupees or less. Students must be doing an m.phil or Ph.D. course. The student should belong to the scheduled caste.
Post-Matric Scholarship for OBC students, GujaratThe family income cannot exceed 100000 rupees per annum. The student should have an OBC certificate. The student should be pursuing UG or PG course.

Digital Gujarat Scholarships to the Disabled StudentsOnly students who are in the 1st to 10th class can apply Minimum of 40% marks in the last examination are mandatory. Also, The annual family income cannot exceed 50,000/- rupees.

Procedure To Apply For Digital Gujarat Scholarship Online

Applicant Registration Process

You have to register yourself on the official portal for the further application procedure. Follow the steps below –

  • Go to the official website of DigitalGujarat-Theta.
  • Select the registration option, after redirecting to the homepage.
  • You will be forwarded to the next page for further process.
  • Now on that page, you have to fill the registration form.
  • Enter your email id, date of birth, mobile number.
  • Select and retype a password for the account.
  • Then, enter the captcha code in the box.
  • An OTP will be triggered on your device as an Email or SMS.
  • Enter that OTP.
  • Finally, click on the ‘submit’ option.
  • Now after registration, you have to update your details on the portal.

  • When you are done with the registration, you have to log in to the portal by clicking here.
  • Choose any method of login (mobile number, email)
  • After successful login, on the page edit your personal information and enter any further information if required there.

  • Visit the homepage of the portal and login through the registered user panel.
  • Then, select the option named ‘student corner’.
  • Afterwards, the ‘scholarship’ option will appear on your screen.
  • Click on that option.
  • After that, a list of scholarships will be visible to you.
  • Choose your choice of scholarship for applying there.
  • Select your language then read the terms and conditions.
  • Now, press the ‘continue to service’ button on the page.
  • And on the following page fill the application form there.
